BOISE, Idaho.-- The Washington State women's tennis team wrapped up play at Boise State's Jack Taylor Open Sunday.

In singles action, Marina Nicolas defeated Madeline Murray of Montana 6-0, 6-0. Lea Jansen beat Alejandra Lozano of Idaho 7-6, 6-2. Liudmila Vasilieva defeated Sonia Klamczynska of Boise State 6-1, 6-1. Olga Musilovich beat Morgan Basil of Boise State 4-6, 6-4, 7-5. Jessica Gomez defeated Lauren Gibson of Montana 6-2, 6-2.

Ksenia Googe fell to Marlena Pietzuch of Boise State 6-2, 6-0. Andjela Kankaras lost to Victoria Lozano of Idaho 6-4, 6-3.

In doubles play, Fournier and Jansen defeated Constance Alexander and Gibson of Montana 9-7. Gomez and Nicolas beat A. Lozano and Barbara Maciocha of Idaho 9-7. Googe and Kankaras defeated V. Lozano and Lauren Simpson of Idaho 8-1.

The Cougs will return to the courts Oct. 22-26 at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Regionals in Stanford, Calif.
