Biography

WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY

Freshman (2012-13) – Placed third in the 100 breast to open the season at the Seattle dual…on the 200 medley relay teams that took second against Oregon State and Utah, and championed the event against CSU Bakersfield and Idaho…also took second in the 100 breast and fourth in the 200 breast against CSU Bakersfield.

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB CAREER

Lettered in swimming all four years at River Ridge under coach Kelly O'Neill...won coach's award in freshman and sophomore seasons...named team MVP as a junior...in her senior year she was named team captain and won Hawk Award...also lettered in tennis and track and field.

PERSONAL

Shanell Sullenberger...parents Jon and Donna Sullenberger...father swam for West Point...twin sister Kiana also swims for WSU...interests include video games and cooking.
