Sophomore (2021 Spring) – Did not see action in the 2021 Spring season...named to the Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll.
Freshman (2019) – Saw action in one game, appearing in the final nine minutes of the Cougs 6-0 win over Montana (Aug. 30) in the home opener.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB CAREER
Kowalchuk graduated from Coronado High School in the spring of 2019 playing two seasons for the Cougars … as a both a junior and senior, she earned Southeast League Defensive Player of the Year … in her final season she was named to the ALL-USA Girls Soccer Second Team as well as TopDrawerSoccer.com First Team All-America after leading Coronado to a 19-1-3 overall record, finishing second in the league … despite playing in the defense, she finished the season with nine goals and five assists ... in each of her two seasons, Kowalchuk was named all-league and all-region and all-state honors … in club play, Kowalchuk was the starting centerback for the Nevada ODP team while also playing for the Heat FC in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL).
