WSU CAREER
FIFTH YEAR (2023-24): Cross Country - Opened the season strong finishing first in the Cougar Classic Invitational (9/15/23)...Ran a college-best and finished 12th overall in the Joe Piane Invitational (9/29/23) with a 5M time of 23:44.6...Later in the season, finished 23rd overall in the the 2023 Pac-12 Championships with a 8k time of 23:33.5, and finished 36th overall with a 10k  time of 30:01.9 at the NCAA Division I West Region Championships (11/10/23). 

SENIOR (2022-23): Cross Country - Finished first in the men's 6k for the second straight year with a time of 17:45.0 at the WSU XC Invitational at Colfax Golf Club... Finished third at the Bill Dellinger Invitational with a time of 23:46.0.

JUNIOR (2021-22): Cross Country- Finished first in the men's 6k with a time of 17:31.7 to begin the year at the WSU Open at Colfax Golf Club... Finished top-10 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational, placing eighth with a time of 23:31.5. ... Indoor- Clocked a time of 8:34.04 in the 3,000-meter run at the UW Invite and followed up with a time of 8:23.68 at the Husky Classic... Finished 22^nd in the 3,000-meter run at the Pac-12 Invitational with a season-best time of 8:22.82... Outdoor- Started the outdoor season with a 13th-place finish in the 1,500-meter run at the Baldy Castillo Invitational... Placed fifth in the 5,000-meter run with a tim of 14:33.25.

SOPHOMORE (2020-21): Cross Country - Did not compete.... Indoor-  Competed in only one meet, the UW Preview, where he ran a personal best 8:29.04 in the 3000m placing sixth overall… Outdoor- Only competed at the Pac-12 Track & Field Championships. He sent new personal best in both the 5000m with a time of 14:23.81 and in the 10,000m running a 30:29.26.

FRESHMAN (2019-20): Cross Country - Did not compete.... Indoor- In his first season as a Coug, he competed in four meets all running in the mile event… at the MPSF Track and Field Championships he recorded his personal record of 4:12.81 in the mile, placing 17th overall.
