FRESHMAN (2014-15): Cross Country - Collegiate debut was at Clash of the Inland Northwest...seventh Cougar and 12th overall with 6k time of 18:25...fifth place and third Cougar at Sundodger 8k (24:21)…third Cougar and 18th overall at Stanford Invite 8k in time of 24:18...third Cougar finisher at Pre-Nats Blue Race 8k at 102nd (25:28.0)...second Cougar and 45th overall at Pac-12 Championships with 8k time of 24:50...at NCAA West Region finished 10k in 31:33.2 for 111th overall, sixth on team…Indoor - Redshirt season…competed at the 2015 USA Junior Cross Country Championships but did not complete the race…competed unattached at the WSU Open with mile time of 4:20.82i…Outdoor - Opened the season with a 8:30.72 time in the 3k at UCLA Jim Bush Team Invite (3/24/15, Los Angeles)…ran the 5k in 14:25.46 at Mt. SAC Relays (4/18/15, Walnut)…had PR time of 3:51.80 in 1500m at WSU-UW Dual (5/2/15, Seattle)…at the Pac-12 Championships, finished 22nd in 5k in time of 14:33.21.
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned eight varsity letters at Sandpoint High…four letters in cross country and four in track and field, both for coach Matt Brass…during his harrier career, three-time district champion…Idaho state 4A Cross Country Championships finishes include fifth as sophomore, runner-up both junior and senior seasons…was 2012 North Idaho Cross Country Male Athlete of the Year…finished 17th at the 2013 Nike Cross Northwest 5k in Boise…on the track, found success in the middle distance and distance races…broke the Sandpoint HS records in 1600m (4:16.51) and 3200m (9:32.24)…at the state 4A Championships placed third in 1600m and 3200m as sophomore, placed second in both races as a junior and as a senior…two-time All-Nike Northwest region athlete.
