WASHINGTON STATE CAREER
SOPHOMORE (2017): Made one appearance…recorded one strikeout in two-thirds of an inning against Utah Valley (March 12).
FRESHMAN (2016): Appeared in 12 games, making 11 starts…went 1-2 with a 5.08 ERA…recorded 35 strikeouts in 33.2 innings…in collegiate debut, started, struck out six, allowed four earned runs on four hits in 3.1 innings at Texas State (Feb. 22)…earned first career win, struck out eight, allowed one earned run on four hits in five innings against Utah Valley (March 4)…recorded four strikeouts in 3.2 innings against Northeastern (March 11)…struck out four and allowed one hit in 3.1 scoreless innings at Stanford (March 24)…struck out four, allowed one earned run on one hit in 4.1 innings at Arizona (April 9)…threw one inning of relief against California (May 28).
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Attended Hood River Valley High School…three-year letterwinner for coach Erich Harjo…as a SOPHOMORE, earned All-Columbia River Conference second team honors after posting a 7-2 record with a 2.01 ERA…as a JUNIOR, named first-team All-State after striking out 106 batters and posting a 1.12 ERA in 75 innings…State runner-up…served as starting pitcher in four of the five playoff games and picked up the save in the game he didn’t start…pitched in Palouse Summer Series, named Pitcher of the Tournament…as a SENIOR, named Brian T. Meehan Oregon Baseball Player of the Year by The Oregonian/OregonLive after going 9-1 with 119 strikeouts and a 0.68 ERA in 72 innings pitched…led Hood River Valley to the 5A State title…surrendered just 16 walks…threw three shutouts in the players…ended senior season with 64 consecutive innings without allowing an earned run…only allowed seven earned runs during the season, all came in one game against a team in Arizona…did not allow an earned run to a team from Oregon…struck out a season-high 17 in a no-hitter against Dallas High School…struck out 10 and allowed two hits in state championship win…also produced a .423 batting average.
