JUNIOR (2011-12): Indoor - Threw indoor discus PR toss of 49.29m/161-8i at Vandal Collegiate (2/18/12, Moscow)...Outdoor - Heaved shot put PR distance of 14.94m/49-0 1/4 at WSU-UW Dual Meet (4/28/12, Pullman)...threw discus PR of 51.26m/168-2 for sixth place at Pac-12 Championships (5/13/12, Eugene).

REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2010-11): Indoor - Joined team at semester...Outdoor - Threw discus 48.66m/159-8 at Cougar Invitational (4/23/11, Pullman)...best shot put mark of 13.76m/45-1 3/4 came at WSU-UW Dual meet (4/29/11, Seattle).

PRE-WSU CAREER. Redshirted on Central Washington 2008 football team...also attended Pierce College and Columbia Basin College.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned nine varsity letters at Bethel High...three as quarterback for football coach Gavin Kralik...three as forward on basketball team for coach Patrick Mullen...three as discus and shot put thrower for coach John Ainsley...listed among the Seattle Times' "White Chip" list as one of top 100 football recruits in state of Washington...South Puget Sound League 4A South Division Co-Offensive Back of the Year as a senior...first team all-league quarterback...completed 195 of 320 passes for 2,879 yards and 25 touchdowns in 2007...had six 300-yard passing games as a senior ...top single-game performance was a 371-yard effort in his final prep game against Eastlake...state 4A discus champion senior season.
