Baldwin High...four letters for track coach Keoni Tengan...one letter for tennis coach Kelly Tobita...as freshman girls' tennis team won MIL title...three-time Baldwin High School track MVP...four-time Maui Interscholastic League all-star...four-time MIL Athlete of the Year...four-time pole vault winner of MIL Championships...MIL Championship finishes include: 100m - first place freshman, second as sophomore, injured as junior and did not run sprints, first as senior with PR time of 12.51; 200m - first as senior with PR time of 26.51; long jump - first as senior with PR of 17-4 3/4; pole vault - first as freshman with record of 9-9, first as sophomore with record of 11-0, first as junior with record of 11-6, and first as senior at 11-3...at Hawaiian High School Athletic Association State Track and Field Championships finishes include: 400m relay - fifth as freshman; long jump - seventh as senior at 16-3 1/2; pole vault - sixth as freshman at 9-6, first as sophomore with record of 11-8, first as junior with record of 12-6, and senior year first with height of 12-0...suffering a broken fibula at a summer pole vaulting camp in 2010...inducted into the 30th Annual HHSAA Hall of Honor (recognizing Hawaii's senior student-athletes chosen by a panel of current and former journalists, athletic directors, and media members based on their athletic success, academic achievement, leadership, and other intangibles) in June 2012 - current WSU women's basketball player Lia Galdeira was also tabbed to this Hall of Honor class.
