FRESHMAN (2011-12): Outdoor - Outstanding freshman season...finished seventh in the javelin at the Pac-12 Championships with a throw of 45.75m/150-1 (5/13/12, Eugene)...tossed a PR of 48.65m/159-7 at the NCAA West Preliminary meet (5/26/12, Austin) for 10th place...mark is seventh-best in WSU all-time records...at NCAA Championships tossed spear 44.73m/146-9 for 19th...earned All-America honorable mention honor...competed at 2012 USA Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships (Bloomington, Ind.)...finished eighth after throw of 43.36m/142-3.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. State Champion. Earned seven varsity letters at Columbia River High School...three in volleyball for former WSU player, coach Maureen Perez...four in track and field as a thrower for coach Darby Meade...two-time recipient of Coaches Award for outstanding performance...three-time district champion, two-time sub-district champion, and two-time state champion in javelin, with a ninth place finish in state...earned a seventh place finish in national junior championships, and took fourth in national junior Olympics in javelin...district and bi-district champion in discus, with finishing places of sixth and first in state...two-time regional champion for javelin, with second and third place finishes in regional championships for discus...district champion in shot put...named all-region athlete of the year...member of championship winning team for girls track and field...winner of both the John Ingram Twilight Invitational and the Eldon Keller Invitational.
