USTFCCCA All-Academic Team Release 
NEW ORLEANS -- The Washington State University women's cross country team is one of 205 institutions to be named a United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) 2011 Division I All-Academic Cross Country Team.
The Cougar women's cross country team had a cumulative grade point average of 3.41 after the Fall 2011 semester. The WSU team, under the direction of Head Coach Pete Julian, consisted of these members: Caroline Austin (junior, Chehalis, Wash.), Sarah Bobbe (sophomore, Vancouver, Wash.), Allison Clark (sophomore, Vancouver, Wash.), Emily Farrar (senior, Bainbridge, Wash.), Katie Fleischer (freshman, Sarnia, Ontario, Canada), Ramona Morshead (sophomore, Kingston, Wash.), Ruby Roberts (sophomore, Kingston, Wash.), and Courtney Zalud (sophomore, Colbert, Wash.).
WSU is one of 11 Pac-12 Conference member schools to have women's cross country team earn USTFCCCA 2011 All-Academic statis, and the conference total was just under the Big East's 14 schools to earn national academic recognition.
To qualify as a USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country Team, the team must have had a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 or better and have started at least five runners at their respective NCAA regional championship in 2011.
