Biography
WSU CAREER: As a JUNIOR (2017-18), rowed with the third varsity eight against No. 1 Washington…in the second heat of the day, the Cougars took second to the Huskies…helped the Cougar’s ninth-straight win against Oregon State to capture the Winchell Cup by rowing with the third varsity eight…placed a close second with the third varsity eight at the Clemson Invitational behind Ohio State in the ‘A’ Final…raced against Gonzaga for the Fawley Cup securing a first place win for its heat…rowed with the third varsity eight at the Pac-12 Championships and finished fourth helping the Cougars to capture fifth place overall…as a SOPHOMORE (2016-17), competed with the novice rowing club… As a FRESHMAN (2015-16), did not compete.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate at Hanover High School at Richland, Wash…earned three varsity letters in soccer, basketball, and track & field…was named MCC All-Conference second team for soccer and MCC All-Conference Honorable Mention her senior year…was a member of the ecology club.
PERSONAL: Born Madeleine Jane Bingham April of 1997 at Richland, Wash…father James is a cognizant engineer and mother Cindra is an environmental scientist…both parents attended WSU…sister Emma…plans on majoring in environmental science.
