PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State volleyball will give the public with an early sneak peek at the 2023 roster and new renovations inside Bohler Gym this Sunday when it takes on Montana in an exhibition match beginning at 11 a.m. Sunday's spring exhibition will be free admission and is open to the public.
The Cougs will return to spring practices the two ensuing weeks before traveling to Walla Walla to play a second exhibition against Central Washington University on Sat., April 15, beginning at 6 p.m., at Whitman College.
Washington State's scrimmage vs. Central Washington will be preceded by a WSU volleyball team meet & greet event on Fri., April 14, from 5-7 p.m. at Bergevin Lane Vineyards in Walla Walla, Wash. Registration is $20 for adults and open to the public.

2022 SEASON RECAP
Washington State punched its ticket to a seventh-consecutive NCAA appearance after reaching 20 wins for a third-consecutive and a third-place finish in the Pac-12, the highest finish for the Cougars under head coach
Jen Greeny. Greeny surpassed her 300
th career victory (vs Rider) as a collegiate head coach as well as her 200
th career victory at WSU (Oct. 21 vs Arizona) during the Fall 2022 campaign.
The Cougars had four players – Magda Jehlarova (first team),
Pia Timmer (first team),
Laura Jansen (honorable mention), and
Katy Ryan (honorable mention) – earn All-Pac-12 recognition after WSU posted a 14-6 record in conference play, the most during Greeny's 12-year tenure and tied for the most in program history.
Magda Jehlarova became the first player since Carrie Couturier to reach 600 total blocks in her career and was recognized as an AVCA First Team All-American following a season in which she posted 1.48 blocks pet set (seventh all-time at WSU), 2.44 kills/set, and a .389 attacking percentage (third all-time at WSU).
2023 SPRING ROSTER
Washington State's 2023 spring roster features the return of a veteran group of seniors and graduate athletes including,
Magda Jehlarova (four-time All-Pac-12),
Pia Timmer (three-time All-Pac-12),
Weronika Wojdyla,
Julia Norville, and
Karly Basham, each of whom have played major roles together over the past two seasons or more. Setter
Argentina Ung will step into her second full season running the Cougars offense and all-conference opposite hitter
Katy Ryan will return to her spot in the WSU lineup.
