| By:
PULLMAN, Wash. – Cougar basketball fans attending Thursday's Pac-12 men's opener against USC will have more entertainment options with the addition of the Cougar Den at Beasley Coliseum, presented by Coors Light.

Following a similar model as Cougar Football, the pilot program at Cougar Men's and Women's Basketball games will provide more food and beverage options for Cougar fans, including beer and wine, and premium dining choices.

"We are continually searching for ways to improve our fans' gameday experience and based on the success we have had with Cougville at Cougar Football games, we are excited to provide similar amenities for Cougar Basketball games," said WSU Director of Athletics Pat Chun. "We have worked diligently with our partners at Learfield IMG College to best incorporate this pilot program and our fans will enjoy the enhanced options."

Located on the Beasley Coliseum concourse behind sections 18-20, the Cougar Den will also feature premium concession items provided by Fork In The Road that will not be available at other concession areas within the arena. All fans wishing to enter the Cougar Den must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid ID.

The Cougar Den will be available to fans on a first-come, first-served basis and will open one hour prior to tip and close 10 minutes into the second half for men's games and at the end of the third quarter for women's games.

The game against USC is scheduled to tip at 7:30 p.m.
