PAC-12 PLAY OPENS WITH NO. 7 UW IN PULLMAN, TRAVEL TO ARIZONA
The Washington State University volleyball team leaves the nonconference portion of the 2017 season with an 11-1 record and a 31st ranking in the Sept. 18 AVCA Top 25 Coaches Poll...Cougars open Pac-12 Conference action hosting No. 7 Washington (10-1) Wed., Sept. 20 in a 6 p.m. match in Bohler Gym...this is the first contest in the new Boeing Apple Cup Series...Elise Woodward and Camryn Irwin will call the WSU-UW action on the live broadcast on Pac-12 Networks-Washington...WSU then travels to Tucson to play Arizona (9-1) Sat., Sept. 23 at 6 p.m. in the McKale Center...this is the only WSU-Arizona meeting this season...links to Live Radio and Live Stats and Live Video are linked at the volleyball schedule page at wsucougars.com.

Jen Stinson Greeny is in her seventh season as WSU's head coach (102-105 at WSU, 7 years; 214-129 in career, 11 years)...2016 Pac-12 Coach of the Year...Greeny bio on page 5...staff includes associate head coach Burdette Greeny (seventh year) and assistant coach Shannon Hunt (fifth year)...all coaches are former WSU student-athletes...technical operations Grant Schoenlein (first year), volunteer coach James Dorr (second year) and student coach Kyra Holt...Kaysie Shebenick is coordinator of operations (first year).
