No. 18 Volleyball Heads to Desert for Wednesday and Friday Matches

No. 18 WSU HEADS TO THE DESERT FOR QUICK TURNAROUND MATCHES
The Washington State University volleyball team, 15-5 overall, 5-3 Pac-12, is ranked No. 18 in the Oct. 17 AVCA Coaches Top 25 Poll...Cougars are in a 7-way tie for second place in the Pac-12 Conference...WSU travels to the desert schools this week for EARLY competition, playing at Tempe versus Arizona State (8-12, 1-7) Wed., Oct. 19, at 7 p.m., and at Tucson versus Arizona (13-7, 5-3) for a Fri., Oct. 21, 6 p.m. match...this will be one of the rare times when WSU will be both opponents' first match of the week...both Cougar matches will be on Pac-12 Network...announcers for the WSU-ASU match are Daron Sutton and Amy Gant...announcers for WSU-Arizona match are Krista Blunk and Don Shaw...links are at wsucougars.com.
