Washington State Volleyball to Host Four Little Spikers Clinics

PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State volleyball program will conduct four Little Spikers clinics this fall for boys and girls ages 5 through 10. During the series of one-hour clinics, the Little Spikers will be introduced to the basic volleyball fundamentals of passing, setting, hitting, and serving. Instruction is designed for every level of Little Spiker to learn in a fun environment.

PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State volleyball program will conduct four Little Spikers clinics this fall for boys and girls ages 5 through 10. During the series of one-hour clinics, the Little Spikers will be introduced to the basic volleyball fundamentals of passing, setting, hitting, and serving. Instruction is designed for every level of Little Spiker to learn in a fun environment.

The clinics will run from 10 to 11 a.m. in Bohler Gym during the following Saturday mornings: Oct. 4, Oct. 25, Nov. 8, and Nov. 22. The clinic's $30 registration fee pays for all four clinics, a Little Spikers T-shirt, prizes and free admission to all Cougar volleyball home Pac-12 Conference matches.

Clinic participants will demonstrate their skills at the Washington State versus Arizona volleyball match Sat., Nov. 22, at 7 p.m. at Bohler Gym. During the break between the second and third sets, Little Spikers will receive recognition for their hard work and have an opportunity to take home a prize following their skill demonstration.
