Natalia Monteverde Owens was born July 15, 1982 at Lima, Peru...father Jesus Monteverde is a CRC Supervisor who played basketball for the Senati (Peru) team...mother Nilda Escalante is a homemaker...married to Michael Owens who is also attending WSU...one daughter, Andrea Owens (8/30/03)...two brothers, Daniel Monteverde (10/22/78) and Orlando (11/10/02)...sister Cecilia Monteverde (8/17/80)...pursuing a major in Spanish education.
