WSU CAREER. JUNIOR (2002-03). Indoor - After a year's break from competition, returned with season-best of 2.00m/6-6 3/4i in high jump at WSU Open (1/25/03, Pullman)...Outdoor - Hamstring problems prevented competition this season.
JUNIOR (2001-02): Did not attend WSU and did not compete this year.
SOPHOMORE (2000-2001): Indoor - Won the Vandal Indoor with a PR of 2.16m/7-1i (2/16/01, Moscow)...mark was tied for 21st best nationally...finished tied for third in high jump at MPSF Meet at 2.09m/6-10 1/4 (2/23/01, Flagstaff)...Outdoor - Leaped 2.15m/7-0 1/2 to win the high jump at the Cal Quad Meet (3/17/01, Berkeley)...sprained ankle prevented him from competing at Pac-10 Championships.
FRESHMAN (1999-2000): Indoor - Finished third at Vandal Indoor (Moscow, 2/18) with PR of 2.00m/6-6 3/4i...tied for 10th at MPSF Championships at same height (2/26/00, Reno)...Outdoor - Top leap of 2.10m/6-10 3/4 came at Palouse Team Invite (4/8/00, Pullman)...tied for 8th at Pac-10 Championships with clearance of 2.01m/6-7.
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned four varsity letters in track for coach C. Bekins at Cascade High in Everett...won WESCO League and district high jump titles as sophomore, junior and senior...state meet finishes included second as junior and third as senior...team won three league titles...PRs of 6-0 as freshman, 6-6 as sophomore and 6-9 as junior.
