Washington State Notes:
- Klay Thompson led the Cougs with 30 points...first 20-point game since scoring 25 against Washington (Jan. 30)...fourth 30-plus point performance of the season and 15th 20-plus point performance of the season.
- Thompson passed Don Collins and holds third on WSU's all-time scoring list...he now has 1,568.
- Thompson tied his season high with five 3-pointers made.
- For the first time since Jan. 30 against Washington (in five games), Thompson reached double figures in the first half...just the second time in the last nine games...11th time overall this season.
- DeAngelo Casto's 14 points is tied for fourth-most all-time for WSU among birthday performances (Casto celebrated his birthday today)...tied for most against a Pac-10 foe.
- Casto has reached double figures in nine of WSU's last 11 games.
- Brock Motum had a personal Pac-10 high six rebounds...career high is seven done twice.
- Twenty-four of Arizona's 79 points came from the free throw line...finished 24-for-26 from the free throw line.
- WSU suffered its first sweep of the season, lost both to Arizona.
