Michelle Berry enters her first season as a member of the Washington State University coaching staff after spending last season as a member of the WSU swim team.
Berry swam for Jager during her final season of eligibility in 2015-16. As a senior, she claimed the ninth-fastest time in school history in the 200 breaststroke at the Pac-12 Championships. She earned season-best times in the ‘B’ final in the 100 breaststroke at the Ohio State Invitational, in the 200 freestyle against Arizona State and in the 400 IM at the Pac-12 Championships.
A native of San Jose, Calif., Berry was named to the Pac-12 Conference All-Academic Second Team before earning her bachelor’s degree from WSU.
