Maxime Garcia joined WSU athletics in August 2025 to serve as a graduate assistant for student-athlete development while pursuing a master’s degree in Sport Management.
The Los Angeles native recently earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport Psychology and Leadership from Long Beach State University. During her time with the Beach, she was an assistant in the athletic communications department for beach and men’s volleyball. Maxime worked for the beach volleyball team as they won their first Big West title in program history and went to three consecutive NCAA tournaments.
