Ross joined the Washington State Cougars volleyball program as Associate Head Coach in May 2026.
Prior to WSU, Ross spent 10 years as Head Coach at Douglas College, while also serving as an assistant coach at the University of British Columbia.
During his time at Douglas College, he led the program to two PACWEST Championships. Ross is also a 3-time PACWEST Coach of the Year, and was named CCAA Coach of the Year for the 2021-22 season. He held a 122-69 record over his 10 seasons at the helm at Douglas College, good for a .639 winning percentage.
In addition to collegiate coaching, Ross has also spend time coaching with Team Canada, was named a Volleyball Canada NEXT GEN Assistant Coach in 2021, and assisted the U21 Canadian National Team in 2025.
