Freshman (2022) - Redshirted her first season after suffering a season-ending injury in preseason action.
HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB CAREER
Playing all over the defensive third for Desert Vista High School, proved herself one of the elite players in the state of Arizona...as a junior at Desert Vista, named the team defensive MVP while also earning first team all-conference and all-region honors for her play...prior to Desert Vista, showed off her elite skills early on as she became the youngest player to ever earn a spot on the varsity squad at V. Sue Cleveland High School in New Mexico, playing at the top level as just an 8th grader...on the club level Smith was a stalwart for the Utah Royals AZ in the ECNL, earning a spot in the league's Selection Game in mid-November...academically, worked her way on to the honor roll in her first year at Desert Vista.

Daughter of Kim and Dean… has five older siblings, Allyson, Andrew, Jeffrey, Guy, and Morgan...sister Morgan plays volleyball at Chandler-Gillbert Community College...intends to pursue a degree in pre-physical therapy or kinesiology.
