I don't want to change or move my seats. Do I need to do anything?
If you are content with your current seat location(s), no action is required. Your current seats are secure.

When can I access to the site to make changes to my seats?
Access to seat relocation will be arranged incrementally based on CAF rank. Your date/time will be listed once you log in to your account. You may log in and view available seats in advance of your designated time, but will not be able to save changes until then.

I want to be seated near a friend, but our access times are different. How can we make sure our tickets are together?
To guarantee seats together, you will need to wait until the latest person has access to the seat relocation system. Once you both have access, you can both log in and select your seats together.
