Grand Opening of Downtown Spokane WSU Connections Store
Downtown Spokane became a lot more crimson Tuesday with the grand opening of the WSU Connections store.
Director of Athletics Bill Moos, WSU Spokane Chancellor Lisa Brown and Greater Spokane Incorporated (GSI) Vice President Alisha Benson were in attendance and watched Butch T. Cougar cut the ribbon to open the store (pictured above).
WSU Connections, located at 618 W. Riverside Ave., will include a WSU Athletics ticket office, staff for the Cougar Athletic Fund and IMG College, as well as a retail outlet for WSU apparel and merchandise.
As part of the grand opening celebrations, the WSU Athletics Ticket office is offering a limited number of special $10 tickets to the Oct. 4 Homecoming game vs. California, exclusively sold only at the Spokane WSU Connections store. Tickets are on sale through Oct. 3 or while supplies last.
