ARZU'S HIGH SCHOOL CAREER

Earned three varsity letters for coach Kevin Rooney as a running back and defensive back...one letter in basketball as a guard and three in track, where he excelled in the sprints...school's sophomore athlete of the year...during JUNIOR year was injured and did not play football...as a SENIOR received All-Mission League and All-San Fernando Valley honors while gaining 1,147 yards on 141 carries...scored nine touchdowns and caught 11 passes for 124 yards.

ARZU'S WSU CAREER

Freshman (1996-97): Redshirt season.

RS-Freshman (1997-98): V-letter...played in seven games as a backup running back and a member of special teams...carried the ball four times for 29 yards...best game came against Southwestern Louisiana, carrying the ball two times for 28 yards and a touchdown...longest run was 23 yards...recorded one tackle.

RS-Sophomore (1998-99): Did not see varsity action.
