Competed at Spokane Community College two years...was Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC) long jump champion and high jump champion as freshman in 2009...named All-American twice...sophomore year (2010) team captain...NWAACC high jump champion, placed second in long jump and third in triple jump....selected Male Field Co-Athlete of the Meet...three more All-American certificates...enrolled at WSU in January 2011.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned three varsity letters at Douglas County High...two in basketball as a point guard for coach Mitch Ubben...one in track for coach Robert Johnson...named to All-Continental League basketball honorable mention as junior...school record-holder in high jump with leap of 6-10...won 2007 state high jump title...named track team MVP...selected to Team Colorado for Great Southwest Classic meet...Region X Junior Olympic champion with clearance at 2.15m/7-0 1/2...named Athlete of the Month for the Continental League.
