WSU CAREER. SENIOR (2000): Cross Country - Won first two meets of the year - Inland Empire Classic (9/2/00, Coeur d'Alene) and Idaho Invite (9/8/00, Moscow)…finished third on team rest of season…at Pac-10 Championships placed 17th overall (10/28/00, Seattle)…26th overall and second on team at NCAA West Region Championships (11/11/00, Fresno)…Indoor - Redshirt season.

REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2001): Outdoor - Moved to new event of 3000m steeplechase…set school record nearly every race she ran in spite of several falls during races…final best time of 10:25.97 for fourth at the Pac-10 Championships (5/20/01, Berkeley) and an NCAA PQ (30th nationally).

JUNIOR (1999-2000): Cross Country - Was the number two Cougar runner at the NCAA West Regional Championships at 37th with a time of 18:14 for the 5000m course (11/13/99, Troutdale, Ore.)…finished 42nd (third for WSU) at Pac-10 Championships (10/30/99, Long Beach)…individual medalist at 4k Idaho Invite (9/10/99, Moscow) and 5k WSU Invite (10/9/99, Pullman)…Indoor - Clocked in a 3k in 10:23.03i (3/4/00, Moscow) and a 5k time of 17:41.65i (2/12/00, Lincoln) - both well above her best times…ran top mile time of 5:06.21i at McDonald's Open (2/5/00, Moscow)…Outdoor - Redshirt season.

SOPHOMORE (1998-99): Cross Country - Became first woman at WSU to earn All-America with 22nd placing at NCAA Cross Country Championships...was top Cougar runner at Pac-10 Championships, 14th overall...also led team at West Regional Championships, ninth overall...Indoor - Took sixth in 3000m at the MPSF Championships...ran lifetime-best of 9:58.03i in 3000m at Vandal Indoor (2/12/99, Moscow)...also PR’d in 5k at 17:07.83i at Husker Invite (2/6/99, Lincoln)...Outdoor - Placed fifth in 5000m at Pac-10 Championships...ran NCAA PQ and personal best time of 16 :36.33 in 5000m at Cardinal Invitational (5/7/99, Stanford).

FRESHMAN (1997-98): Cross Country - Finished third for WSU and 34th overall at Pac-10 Championships...at West Regionals placed 32nd overall and second on team...Indoor - Placed fourth in 5000m and sixth in 3000m at Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships...ran best times in both races - 17:47.72i for 5000m and 10:03.83i for 3k (2/28/98, Reno)...Outdoor - Ran school’s third best 5000m time of 16:54.13 at Mt. SAC Relays (4/19/98, Walnut)...3000m time of 9:50.48, ninth-best in WSU history, came at Cardinal Qualifier meet (5/16/98, Stanford).

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned nine letters at South Whidbey High...four in cross country for coach Carl Westling...four on coach Mike MeInerney’s track team...one as a point guard on basketball team...outstanding cross country runner who placed in the top ten in league and district all four years…state harrier finishes were ninth as freshman, eighth as sophomore, fifth as junior but 39th as a senior due to illness…team placed fifth her freshman year and second the next three…on the track, in 3200m race, freshman year ran to third at league, second at district and eighth at state…best time of 11:43…won league and district, fourth in state as junior…school record time of 11:19.4…repeated as league 3200m champ as senior…in 1600m finished second at league and district meets, seventh in state with best time of 5:11.3 as a junior…sophomore year on league 1600m title, third at district and fifth at state meet…member of 4x400m relay squad that won league, district titles sophomore and junior seasons…set school record as soph with time of 4:03.7…junior year relay team finished third at state…won several coaches awards and most inspirational twice.
