WSU CAREER. REDSHIRT SENIOR (2019-20): Indoor – Saw five overall top three finishes throughout the indoor season in the shot put event, earning a victory at the Vanal Open to begin the year at 47-feet 3-inches (14.40m)...Went on to place 10th overall at the MPSF Indoor Championships with a throw of 48-feet 5 1/4 inches (14.76m)...Was named to the MPSF 2020 Indoor Track & Field All-Academic Scholar-Athlete team.

SENIOR (2018-19): Indoor – Threw a PR at the New Mexico Invitational, winning the shot put (15.56m/51-0 3/4), and putting her third on the WSU all-time list in the event…at the MPSF Championships placed 13th in the shot put (13.96m/45-9 3/4)...Outdoor – Competed in eight total meets during her senior outdoor season, including the WSU-UW Dual where she recorded a PR in the discus throw of 149-feet 10 inches (45.68m)...Brown earned a total of five individual wins throughout the season, four in the shot put event, and one in the discus...

JUNIOR (2017-18): Indoor – At the Cougar Indoor placed first overall in the shot put (13.30m/43-7 3/4)…at the MPSF Championships placed 14th in shot put (13.56m/44-6)…Outdoor – Recorded a season best in the shot put at the Bryan Clay Invitational (13.89m/45-7) and her best discus mark occurred during the USC Trojan Invite (44.48m/145-11)…at Pac-12 Championships placed 14th overall (12.86m/42-2 1/4).

SOPHOMORE (2016-17): Outdoor - Threw PRs at the Cougar Invite…shot put PR of 13.90m/45-7 1/4 and discus PR of 45.33m/148-9 (4/29/17, Pullman)…at Pac-12 Championships placed 14th in shot put (13.49m/44-3 1/4) and 17th in discus (41.95m/137-7).

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2016-17). Indoor - Best shot put of season was 12.26m/40-2 3/4i at Husky Classic.

FRESHMAN (2015-16). Indoor - Redshirt season…Outdoor - Threw discus PR of 44.98m/147-7 at Jim Bush Collegiate (3/22/16, Los Angeles)…shot put PR toss of 12.49m/40-11 3/4 came at Cougar Invite (4/30/16, Pullman).
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned nine varsity letters at Lompoc High School…four in basketball as a center for coach Claudia Terrones…four letters as a thrower for track and field coaches Terrones and Michael Sarar…also participated in cheer, football and volleyball…on the hardwood, Braves girls teams advanced to the state playoffs all four years…senior year averaged 9.8 rebounds per game as team advanced to semifinal round of CIF Southern Section Division IIIA playoffs…named All-Los Padres League second team and then two-time first team…named to Lee Central Coast Newspapers All-Area team three times…CIF second team as senior…won Bryan Ayer Award in basketball…during prep track and field, all-league second team once, first team three times…as a freshman placed third in shot put and seventh in discus at Los Padres League finals…advanced to CIF Southern Section Div. III and placed 11th in shot…sophomore year at CIF-SS DIII final was runner-up in discus and sixth in shot put…junior year was CIF-SS DIII discus champion and third in shot put…eighth in discus at CIF Masters Meet and at CIF State Championships…as a senior at CIF-SS DIII, threw shot put PR of 40-3 1/4 and discus PR of 139-1 in prelims…in finals was runner-up in discus and third place in shot put…third place in discus, 10th in shot at CIF Masters Meet…took ninth place in discus at CIF State Championships…US Marine Corps Scholar Athlete…Air Force Outstanding Student-Athlete.

Born January 1997, in Santa Barbara, California…father Christopher…mother Ltoya Cox is a homecare nurse…older sister Arnika Cummings…enjoys hiking, singing and dancing…ASB President at Lompoc High School…earned seal of biliteracy…named to principal’s list…3.8 GPA…honors student…delivered senior class speech at graduation…enjoys hiking, running, singing, and dancing…majoring in criminal justice at WSU.
