JUNIOR (2018-19): Cross Country - Competed in three events, and saw his best finish at the Cougar Classic, placing fifth overall with a time of 24:22...

SOPHOMORE (2017-18): Cross Country - At Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational finished seventh on team/102nd overall...at Inland Empire Championships finished seventh on team/40th overall.

FRESHMAN (2016-17): Cross Country - Redshirt season…Indoor - Ran 3000m PR at UW Invitational (1/28/17, Seattle) with a time of 8:33.50i…at Husky Classic (2/11/17, Seattle) ran 5000m PR with a time of 14:47.66i...Outdoor - Ran 1500m PR and finished seventh at Trojan Invitational (3/18/17, Los Angeles) with a time of 4:00.17…at Mt. SAC Relays (4/15/17, Norwalk) ran 10,000m PR and finished 25th with a time of 31:13.81…ran 3000m steeplechase PR and finished third at UW vs. WSU Dual (4/23/17, Seattle) with a time of 9:23.09…at Pac-12 Championships finished 13th in 3000m steeplechase (9:23.96).
 
HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned eight varsity letters for Issaquah High School…four in cross country with coach Gwen Robertson…four for track coach Mitch Stuard…at state 4A cross country championships finished fifth as senior after 17th and 58th finishes the previous two seasons…Eagles boys team was undefeated in 2015 XC at 9-0 and finished fifth at state meet…named to All-KingCo and All-District first teams…at Nike Cross Nationals took 21st…finished 10th at Nike BorderClash 17…named team’s Most Inspirational…during indoor track, ran PR in 300m of 8:36.72i as runner-up at UW HS Invite…finished 16th in 2-miles at New Balance Indoor Nationals…outdoor track, runner up in 3200m at KingCo 4A Championships with PR time of 9:13.98 which broke school record…also third in 1600m with PR of 4:17.47.
 
PERSONAL. Born in September 1997, in Concord, N.C.…father Barry is a software engineer…mother Dawn Proffitt-Schrag is an instructional designer…older sister Katarina…running start student at Bellevue College through junior and senior years of high school…plans to study Kinesiology at WSU.
