12 Individuals, 4 Relays Earn All-Mountain West Accolades

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (February 21, 2026) – Washington State Swimming had12 individuals and four relay teams earn 2025-26 All-Mountain West Conference honors, the conference office announced Wednesday.

At last week's Mountain West Conference Championships in Houston, the Cougars claimed seven titles and six individuals medaled. Senior Emily Lundgren won the 200 IM, sophomore Darcy Revitt won the 50 free and 100 free events, and the four relay wins came in the 200 free, 400 free, 200 medley and 400 medley. WSU's second-place finish at the meet was the best finish at a conference championship in program history.

The 12 all-conference selections were; Avery Bulkley, Jade Castro, Ashlyn Hernandez, Tatum Janning, Addyson Lewis, Lundgren, Barbora Mileisyte, Vivien Nett, Issabelle Parrish, Anna Rauchholz, Revitt and Lauren Wille. The four winning relay teams all earned all-league recognition.
The 12 all-conference selections are the most since last year's team had 10 selections while the four relays match last season's total.

Bulkley, a freshman Payson, Utah, earned her first career all-league honor after finishing fifth in the 1650 free with a 16:38.80, the seventh-best mark in WSU history.

Castro, a junior from State College, Pa., earns all-league honors in her first season after transferring from Auburn and finishing fifth in the 200 back with a 1:56.99.

Hernandez, a sophomore from San Diego, earns her second all-league honor after finishing seventh in the 100 breast and eighth in the 200 breast highlighted by a prelim time of 2:11.39 for the fifth-best mark in WSU history. Hernandez also swam second on the winning 400 medley relay title team which earned All-MWC recognition.

Janning, a sophomore from Southlake, Texas, earns all-league recognition for the second straight year, earning a medal with a third-place finish in the 1650 free after posting a 16:28.54 for the fourth-best mark in program history. Janning also tied for fourth in the 500 free and posted the tenth-best WSU 500 free mark in the prelims with a 4:49.93, and finished sixth in the 400 IM with a 4:16.03 in the final, the fourth-best time in program history.

Lewis, a junior from Missoula, Mont., earns her first career individual all-league honor and twice on the 200 medley relay and 200 free relay wins. Lewis anchored the 200 free relay win, swam third on the 200 medley relay win and was eighth in the 100 fly while posting a 54.10 in the prelims for the ninth-best mark in WSU history.

Lundgren, a senior from Chula Vista, Calif. and last year's conference Swimmer of the Year, earns all-league honors in the 100 breast, 200 breast and 200 IM along with the 200 medley relay, 400 medley relay and 400 free relay. Lundgren won the 200 IM with a 1:57.94, swam second for the winning 200 medley relay win, swam third on the 400 free and 400 medley relay wins, placed second in the 100 breast with a 59.42 and placed second in the 200 breast with a 2:07.04.

Mileisyte, a freshman from Vilnius, Lithuania, swam second in the 200 free relay win, led off the 400 free relay win, tied for second in the 50 free with a 22.43 and finished eighth in the 100 free.

Nett, a freshman from Keszthely, Hungary, finished eighth in the 1650 free with a 16:49.71, the tenth-best mark in WSU history.

Parrish, a sophomore from Moses Lake, Wash., swam third in the 200 free relay win, swam second in the 400 free relay win and finished fifth in the 100 fly with a 53.66 for the fifth-best time in program history.

Rauchholz, a senior from Portland, led off the 200 medley and 400 medley relay wins, placed third in the 100 back with a school-record 52.17 and was seventh in the 200 back with a 1:56.33, the third-best mark in the WSU history.

Revitt, a sophomore from Guildford, England, was named the MWC Co-Swimmer of the Meet after being a pair of six titles; two as an individual and all four relay wins. Revitt won the 50 free and 100 free, setting school records in both events, 21.83 and 47.45 respectively. Revitt also anchored the 400 medley relay win, led off the 200 free relay win, anchored the 200 medley relay win and anchored the 400 free relay win, and was fifth in the 200 free with a 1:47.77, the seventh-best mark in program history.

Wille, a senior from Oswego, Ill., earns her second straight all-league honor after placing third in the 500 free with a 4:47.06, finished fourth in the 1650 free and seventh in the 200 free.

Next up for the Cougars will be the NCAA Championships March 18-21 in Atlanta.
