HOUSTON (February 18, 2026) – Washington State Swimming won three of the five events on day one of the 2026 Mountain West Conference Championships held in Houston Wednesday.

Darcy Revitt broke her own 50 free school record and the pool record with a 21.83 in the morning prelims before winning her second-straight 50 free title in the evening. Senior All-American
Emily Lundgren won the 200 IM and the 400 medley relay team closed the day with WSU's third title.

After claiming three of the five events on day one, WSU leads the 11-team field.

The Cougars opened the morning prelims four WSU Top-10 times and a school record while senior

Darcy Revitt each won their respective prelim events, the 200 IM and 50 free. Sophomore
Tatum Janning posted a 4:49.93 in the 500 prelims for the tenth-fastest time in program history. The 200 IM prelims saw a pair of WSU Top-10 times as sophomore
Ashlyn Hernandez posted a 2:01.26 for seventh-fastest all time while freshman
Georgia Els went 2:01.81 to tie for the ninth-best all time. In the 50 free prelims, Revitt broke her own school record and the pool record while junior
Addyson Lewis touched in 22.92 for the tenth-fastest 50 free mark in WSU history.

The evening finals saw Wille open the session placing third in the 500 free with a 4:47.06 before Lundgren won the 200 IM for the second straight season after posting a 1:57.94 while Hernandez improved her WSU Top-10 time with a 1:59.51 for the fourth-best mark in program history.

Revitt won her second-straight 50 free title with a 21.84 while freshman Barbora Milesiyte tied for second with a 22.43. In the 50 free "C" final, sophomore
Issabelle Parrish put her name in the WSU Top-10 with a 22.79, good for the ninth-best mark in program history.

The 400 medley relay team of
Anna Rauchholz, Hernandez, Lundgren and Revitt closed the day with a school-record 3:32.64 to win their second-straight 400 medley relay conference title.

The championships continue Thursday with the 100 fly, 400 IM, 200 free and 200 free relay. Prelims start at 8:30 a.m. (PT) and finals are set for 4 p.m. (PT).
