SEATTLE & SPOKANE, Wash. — The Cougs will be in both the west and east sides of the state this weekend, competing at the UW Invitational and the Inland NW Invitational. Evans Kurui and co. will compete against a strong field in Seattle, while Lashanna Graham and others will head north to Spokane. The team will look to add more wins to the tally for the indoor season.
WSU will start at the UW Invitational on Friday morning at 11:20 am PT with the Women's 5k, while the girls in Spokane will start on Saturday at 1:00 pm PT.

Evans Kurui won the 3k with Josphat Meli and Kutoven Stevens finishing in second and third, respectively. Lindsay Siebert and Nicole Yanasak both found their way onto the podium in the 1000-meter race.
