How have your siblings helped motivate you, both on and off the court?
I think we motivate each other - it's mutual. I think we just push each other and build each other to grow and be better, even if it's not about volleyball. Even academically, we are always trying to achieve the best and achieve our goals. I think just by pushing and being consistent and being honest with ourselves.

How have your parents motivated you?
They've always put so much trust and work in for me and my siblings. They gave me everything, they've done everything possible for me. They've always motivated me and tried to be there for me, even if things were not going right. They've been with me through the whole process, they're my 'why', and I'm trying to do everything for them to give back for everything that they've done for me. So that's what keeps me motivated - my family and what they've done in the past for me.

If you had to give yourself a piece of advice when you first started playing volleyball, what would it be?
To give myself some grace, be patient and trust the people around you. At the end, everything is going to work out.

How has the adjustment been, moving from Spain to Pullman?
It's been hard, but I adjust easily, and I try my best to romanticize the little things. I think Pullman is so much different from where I'm from, but it has special places. It has the community, my teammates, my friends, my people here, it's like a second home.

You didn't visit WSU before you committed, what drew you to WSU?
After having a couple calls with other programs, I felt the trust immediately. They were able to give me a feel for the WSU community, and I was excited about not only the program that they've created along the years and built, but also the community WSU represents.

What are some things you love to bake?
I love piki, brookies, and homemade cheesecake. I always make that with my mom.

Do you have a favorite genre of music?
Honestly, I love everything. From classic to the nowadays rap or R&B. Lately, I've been listening more to rap, even if it's in Spanish or English. Rod Wave has been my favorite artist recently.

What has been your favorite part of Pullman so far?
I spend 24/7 in Bohler. I would say when I go downtown, I like walking around, especially when it's nighttime and the lights are on. I think it's super cute, it just feels so American.

Do you have a favorite coffee spot in Pullman?
Yeah, Roost for sure. I like to get an iced caramel macchiato and an avocado toast with poached eggs.
