HOUSTON (February 22, 2025) – Washington State Swimming picked up three more titles as junior
Emily Lundgren, freshman
Darcy Revitt and junior
Dori Hathazi each won championship events on the final day of the Mountain West Conference Championships in Houston Saturday.
Lundgren won the 200 breast and was also named the MWC Championships Swimmer of the Meet after notching a pair of relay wins and two individual wins while Revitt was named the Freshman of the Meet after claiming the 50 free, 100 free and helped the 200 medley relay team to a win. Hathazi was the Cougars final champion after taking the 200 fly.
Revitt opened the day with a huge morning, setting a WSU record with a 48.11 in the 100 free prelims, also good for an NCAA B cut. Later in the morning, sophomore
Ariel Wang continued her impressive week, posting the tenth-fastest 200 back time in program history with a 1:58.48 in the prelims.
In the afternoon mile race, freshman
Tatum Janning finished fifth, sophomore
Hannah Huarte finished sixth and junior Lauren Willie finished seventh in the 1650 free. Tatum posted the fifth-fastest 1650 free (16:33.99) and 1000 free (10:01.64) marks in the program history while Huarte posted the sixth-best 1000 free (10:05.33) and seventh-fastest 1650 free (16:41.13) in program history.

Wiktoria Palicka opening the even session with a pair of impressive swims in the 200 back as Wang posted the fifth-best 200 back (1:56.75) time in program history while Palicka broke into the Top-10 with a 1:58.34, good for tenth.
Revitt backed up her record-setting prelim 100 free time with a 48.66 to win the even final, also good for an NCAA B cut. Lundgren later followed with a win in the 200 breast after posting a Mountain West Conference record and WSU record 2:07.08.
Hathazi capped her week with a pair of medals, winning the 200 fly with a 1:55.55, good for an NCAA B cut before the 400 free relay team of senior

Angela Di Palo, Hathazi and Revitt closed the meet finished third with a 3:17.02.
WSU produced its best finish at a conference championships, finishing fifth with 975 points, just behind Nevada's 998. San Diego State won it's fourth straight conference title while UNLV and Fresno State followed close behind.
WSU will await the NCAA selections for the NCAA Championships at Federal Way, Wash. set for March 19-22.
