PULLMAN, Wash. (November 21, 2025) – Washington State Women's Basketball Head Coach Kamie Ethridge announced a pair of signees on Thursday. Aicha Bah and Reese Jordan have each made their commitments official to join the Cougars next season.

After five straight postseason appearances, Ethridge continues to reign in impressive signing classes at Washington State, as the Cougars are bringing in a pair of highly touted prospects to the Palouse.

"I want to introduce and welcome two amazing players to our Coug Family," Ethridge said. "Aicha Bah and Reese Jordan are combo guards that bring elite talent and intangibles to our program. Our recruiting intent was to sign combo guards. We believe we signed two players that will not only bolster our guard play next season but will lead us into the future. Reese and Aicha are competitive and driven. They are both multi-dimensional point guards that have the mindset to make others better. The addition of these two players will help us compete for future championships! Coug Nation, help me welcome our newest Cougs, Aicha and Reese!"

Aicha Bah | 5-6 | G | Willebroek, Belgium (Kangoeroes Basket Mechelen)
Bah comes to the Palouse from Belgium where she has played both as a member of her National Team, and with the Kangoeroes Basket Mechelen in the BNXT League where she is currently five games into their season and averaging 1.6 points, 2.0 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game.

In 2025 she played with the Belgium National Team in the FIBA U18 Women's EuroBasket where she averaged 3.0 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game. In 2023 she played in the FIBA U16 Women's European Championship and averaged 4.3 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game.

Coach Ethridge on Aicha Bah: "Aicha Bah is one of the quickest players we have ever recruited. She is an elite athlete and defender. We have never had someone at WSU who is so good guarding the basketball. She is a pass-first point guard who can create scoring opportunities at the highest levels. Aicha's experience playing on the Belgium U16 and U18 National team and with the Mechelen Kangoeroes EuroCup team as a 17-year-old speaks to the impact she is prepared to make. Aicha will come to the Cougs experienced and prepared."

Reese Jordan | 5-9 | G | West Linn, Ore. (West Linn HS)
Jordan joins the Cougars out of West Linn High School in Oregon where she is currently in her senior season. She is coming off of an impressive junior year that saw her named Three Rivers League Player of the Year after averaging 15.8 points, 6 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 3.3 steals and .6 blocks per game.

As a junior, Jordan helped lead her team to a 22-8 record while earning All-Tournament Team, First Team All-League, and Second Team All-State honors. She also played for Northwest Select and won the 2024 17U Nike Tournament of Championships in Chicago.

Coach Ethridge on Reese Jordan: "Reese Jordan is a player we identified two years ago. She is a tremendous leader and has one of the best 'motors' with high energy we have ever recruited. She can shoot the three and is an elite decision maker and passer. Playing for Brooke Cates her high school coach at West Linn, and summer club coach Angie Sun with Northwest Select, two of the best girls basketball coaches in the country, Reese has developed into one of the best communicators and leaders that we have watched in years. Reese is competitive and wants to help lead our program to new heights."
