PULLMAN, Wash. (January 21, 2025) – Washington State Swimming notched six pool records in a 205-57 win over Idaho at Gibb Pool Friday, improving to 7-0 for the first time in program history.
WSU set pool records in the 400 medley relay and 200 free relay while junior All-American
Emily Lundgren broke the 100 breast and 200 IM and freshman
Darcy Revitt notched pool records in the 100 free and the opening 50 free of the 200 free relay. The Cougars claimed 13 of the 14 events.
Washington State opened the meet with a pool record in the 400 medley relay by
Anna Rauchholz, Lundgren,
Dori Hathazi and
Emma Wright. Sophomore
Hannah Huarte followed with her first career win after posting a 10:05.44 for the fifth-fastest 1000 free time in program history.
Senior
Angela Di Palo followed with a 200 free on senior night, Rauchholz added a win in the 100 back and Lundgren claimed the 100 breast with a 59.45, good for a pool record and NCAA "B" time and also matched her own school record. Hathazi followed with an NCAA "B" time in her 200 fly win, Revitt won the 50 free and following a break, set the pool record with a 49.26 in 100 free. Lundgren used an NCAA "B" time to win the 200 breast before Huarte notched her second win of the night after taking the 500 free.
Hathazi added a win in the 100 fly and Lundgren added a pool record in the 200 IM before the 200 free relay team of Revitt, Wright, Hathazi and sophomore
Addyson Lewis capped the night with a pool record in the win. Revitt opened the race with a pool-record 22.55 50 free.

Samantha Krew and Wright.
The Cougars close out the regular season Saturday morning at Idaho beginning at 10:30 a.m.
