PULLMAN, Wash. (April 5, 2024) – Washington State women's rowing will be competing at the San Diego Crew Classic this weekend as the squad is set to race in three events on Saturday, April 6 at Mission Bay in San Diego, Calif.
The Cougars hit the water tomorrow morning at 9:10 a.m. in the 1V8 flight as WSU will race an eight with
Sydney Wick stroking and
Ainsley Tiernan in the coxswain's seat. The second flight for the Cougs will be a four, launching off at 10:22 a.m. with
Emily Corbett leading stroke-seat and
Vera Lichvarcik on the headset.
WSU will finish up with one final flight, the 2V8 at 10:38 a.m. led by
Ella Greenslade and stroked by
Saskia Steltman.

The Cougars will continue their spring season with a home regatta on Saturday, April 20 as the team hosts Gonzaga at Wawawai Landing in Colton, Wash.
