Last time on the pitch the Cougs drew, 1-1, at Loyola Marymount Saturday night. The Cougs took an early lead when

Lindsey Turner for her second goal of the season and the early 13th minute lead. The Lions would respond in the 35th minute to equalize and played to the tie.
Grayson Lynch played her 90th career match at LMU, becoming just the fourth field player in Cougar soccer history to eclipse 90 game appearances. With her next appearance, the sixth-year senior will pull within one game of former teammate Mykiaa Minniss at third-most matches in Coug history. If Lynch plays all the remaining regular season matches, she will sit second in all-time WSU matches played with 97 behind Sydney Pulver (98).
Nadia Cooper surpassed 200 career saves in Saturday's match at LMU, becoming just the sixth goalkeeper in program history to reach the milestone. Cooper is currently sixth in school history with 203 total saves, and 45 saves from entering WSU's all-time top-5 in career saves.
On the horizon, the Cougars remain home to welcome Portland, Saturday for the annual Pink Game. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. with coverage on ESPN+.
