Cougars Compete in Day 1 of Pac-12 Championships

FEDERAL WAY, Wash. (February 23, 2022) – Washington State women's swimming opened competition at the 2022 Pac-12 Conference Championships held at the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center Wednesday evening.

Wednesday's evening session was the 200 medley relay and 800 free relay and the Cougars finished opening night with 88 points. WSU's 200 medley relay team of Taylor McCoy, Hailey Grotte, Mackenzie Duarte and Chloe Larson swam a season-best time 1:40.93.

Thursday will see the Cougars compete in the 500 free, 200 IM, 200 free relay and 50 free where senior Chloe Larson will look to defend her Pac-12 50 free title.
