STANFORD, Calif – The 2021 Washington State women's golf season came to a close on Sunday, April 25, as the Cougars concluded their three-day stay at the Pac-12 Women's Golf Championship.
Redshirt senior Emily Baumgart posted the best finish out of the three Cougar golfers competing at this weekend's Pac-12 Women's Golf Championship, as the Walla Walla, Washington native ended her weekend in a tie for 42nd on the individual leaderboard. Baumgart carded three-over par; 74 in Sunday's third round to end her tournament with a score of 230 (+17). WSU was limited to only three golfers at the 2021 Pac-12 Women's Golf Championship due to injuries.
Junior Amy Chu finished the Pac-12 Women's Golf Championship in 51st place after carding seven-over par; 78 in the third round. Junior Cameron March rounded out her weekend at the Stanford Golf Course by posting a score of 82 (+11) in the third round. The Los Angeles native finished the Pac-12 Tournament in 52nd place on the individual leaderboard.
Southern California captured the 2021 Pac-12 women's golf team championship after carding three-under par; 849 on the weekend. Stanford's Rachel Heck collected the tournament's individual championship, as she carded seven-under par; 206.
