  1. If you could go see one MLB game who would be playing?

It would have to be the Chicago Cubs against the Seattle Mariners. Playing at Wrigley Field.

  1. What would you say is your game day routine?

Before every game I like to listen to When It Rains It Pours by Luke Combs in the shower.

  1. What is your nickname on the team? How did you get it?

I have a ton of nicknames. I have Plew, and Plewy. I think the one that sticks the most is Plurski, I don't know how I got it. I think Bryce Moyle started calling me Plurski and it kind of stuck with me.

  1. Who is the toughest pitcher you have faced?

The toughest pitcher I have faced this year would probably be a reliever from Nevada, who had a good fastball and slider. He ended up striking me out.

  1. What is the easiest and hardest part about being the lead off hitter?

The hardest part about being the lead off hitter, is probably not swinging at the first pitch, because I can be pretty aggressive. Sometimes you can get down in a 0-1 hole right away. The easiest part would probably be that because you are the first hitter you are kind of like the dummy for the rest of the team, I just try and see as much pitches as I can.

  1. What is your favorite memory playing baseball at WSU?

My favorite memory would be the time where we won four straight series my freshman year. We beat UDUB, walked off Oregon twice, beat Utah the following weekend and ended by beating UCLA.

  1. What is a fun story from the road?

My freshman year we had a nerf gun war in the hotel from floors two and four. We had made teams of eight. If you got hit with a bullet you had to lay down and it was the last man standing. That was probably my favorite experience. :)

  1. Who is the greatest baseball player to come out of Kennewick High School?

I would probably say Trek Stemp he played there with my older brother. Trek was just a ball player, he is really good. He won player of the year three times in a row, from his sophomore year to senior year.

  1. Now going off of my last question how has been playing with your old teammates JJ Hancock and now Trent Sellers.

It is great. When I came in as a freshman nobody really knew me, but JJ knew me, so it was easy to kind of step into the team. Then this year Trent coming in I was able to help him feel comfortable, and brought him in under my sleeve. It is great being that I have known both JJ and Trent for ten plus years. It is a good little chemistry we have going.

  1. What was it like to hit a grand slam in the game against USC on Saturday?

It was great. I kind of blacked out and I don't really remember it much. I just started running really hard. I mean I hit the ball, stared at it for a minute or two got pretty excited about it and then just started running.
