•       Colorado won the toss and deferred, WSU elected to receive
•       Jamal Morrow was the game captain for the 30th consecutive game

TEAM NOTES
•       WSU improved to 7-1 to match the best start since 2003
•       WSU posted its second shutout of the season (Montana State, 31-0) first time with two shutouts in a season since 1981
•       WSU recorded its first conference shutout since 1994 (at No. 22 UCLA, 21-0)
•       WSU recorded its sixth home win of the season, the most since the 2003 team also won six home games
•       WSU rushed for a season-high 194 yards
•       WSU held Colorado to 174 yards of total offense, 94 passing yards, 80 rushing yards and just 2.0 yards-per-carry, the lowest totals in all three categories for CU this season

•       Clay Markoff (FB) made his collegiate debut, appearing on kickoff return
•       Falk passed for 197 yards, upping his career total to 13,376, needs 225 passing yards to break Sean Mannion's (OSU) Pac-12 record
•       Falk tallied 238 yards of total offense, upping his career total to 13,041 and breaking Marcus Mariota's (ORE) Pac-12 record
•       Falk went 17-for-34, upping his career pass attempts to 1,860 breaking Sean Mannion's (OSU) Pac-12 record for career pass attempts
•       Falk rushed for a career high 41 yards, had rushed for 29 yards at Rutgers in 2015
•       Jamal Morrow tallied 101 all-purpose yards, upping his career total to 3,844, passing Shaumbe Wright-Fair for 3rd-most in WSU history
•       Morrow also rushed for a touchdown, his 22nd career total touchdown, 9th-most in WSU history
•       Tay Martin caught his first career touchdown, a 50-yard catch and run in the 2nd quarter, finished with four catches for 70 yards
•       Brandon Arconado caught his first career touchdown, an 18-yard catch and run in the 2nd quarter
•       Hercules Mata'afa recorded one tackle-for-loss, leads the Pac-12 with 13.0 for the season, upped career total to 37.5, 6th-most in WSU history
•       Frankie Luvu recorded two sacks, owns 5.5 for the season
•       Nnamdi Oguayo recorded his fourth sack of the season
•       Jalen Thompson made a career-high 10 tackles, his first career double-digit tackle effort, also recovered a fumble
