Cougars Ranked No. 24 By CollegeSwimming.com

PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State is No. 24 in the national rankings released by CollegeSwimming.com Tuesday.
WSU was ranked No. 16 is the first set of rankings released last week, its highest ranking in school history. This week, the Cougars are one of six Pac-12 teams ranked in the top-50 and appear ranked ahead of Stanford (27), Arizona State (33) and Utah (35).
The Cougars competed against defending national champion University of California this past weekend and claimed three first-place finishes against the Golden Bears.
Washington State returns to the pool with a pair of meets down in the desert against Arizona State University next Thursday, Oct. 22 and against the University of Arizona and UNLV Friday, Oct. 23.
