JOHNSON'S WSU CAREER
FRESHMAN (1998): Subbed in at left side in Washington match when Rouse moved into Stinson's MB spot...tallied 17 kills and 11 digs against Washington...had three blocks vs. USC in Pullman...strong presence at net.

JOHNSON'S HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Earned four letters at Olympia High...three on coach Laurie Creighton's volleyball team, and one season on coach Kurt Wilson's track team...in her sophomore year, volleyball team won Black Hills League Championship and advanced to state playoffs...finished with 22-9 record...named most improved player and had most blocks (81)...received the Gonzaga Camp Dedication Award in volleyball...played only season of fastpitch softball as short-stop and first base...during her junior year was awarded Black Hills League MVP...set school record with .325 hitting percentage...again had most blocks (79) and most kills (206)...selected to Bethel Invitational All-tournament team...Bears finished at 19-6...Wendy's Heisman Nominee and selected to Tacoma News Tribune All-Area Team...in track, placed fifth in high jump at state meet...leaped school record of 5'3 1/2"...also ran on 4x400m relay team at state...as a senior, captained team to Rivers League Championships...captured district title and finished sixth in state in volleyball...achieved a 27-9 record...tabbed Rivers League MVP...also earned all-state...named to Capital City Invitational all-tournament team...awarded Daily Olympian "Prep Athlete of the Week"...named to Tacoma News Tribune All-Area first team...selected MVP at WSU Team Camp...Rivers League Scholar Athlete Award...set school records in single season blocks (123) and career blocks (283), and single season kills (401)...honored by TNT as Female Athlete of Year...won Olympia High's Outstanding Athlete, Athlete Dedication and Army Reserve Scholar-Athlete Awards.
