BLACKLEDGE'S WSU FOOTBALL CAREER
SENIOR (2010): Earned varsity letter after playing in 11 games during the season...ranked third on the team in receiving yards per game at 41.5 ypg...pulled in 456 receiving yards on 30 receptions for the season...best game came against Washington with career-high 132 receiving yards and a touchdown...had three touchdown receptions on the year (UCLA, Oregon and Washington)...had three games of 70 or more receiving yards...repeated as honorable mention Pacific-10 Conference All-Academic selection...joined track team in March, 2011.
JUNIOR (2009): Earned a varsity letter after appearing in each of WSU's 12 games...started five games...hauled in 23 passes for 212 yards on the season...had multiple receptions in five of WSU's first six games...first-career touchdown came against SMU, a three-yarder from Marshall Lobbestael...set career highs in receptions (six) and yards (67) in WSU's season opener against Stanford...also rushed twice for 11 yards and registered five tackles...named honorable mention Pacific-10 Conference All-Academic.
SOPHOMORE (2008): Earned a varsity letter after competing in nine games...caught nine passes for 70 yards on season, with a long of 17 yards against Portland State...had a season- and career-high four receptions for 30 yards at Baylor...also had two catches against both Oklahoma State and Portland State...missed the UCLA and Oregon State games with an injured shoulder...also saw duty on special teams, recording two solo tackles...named Pacific-10 Conference All-Academic honorable mention.
FRESHMAN (2007): Earned a varsity letter after competing in 11 of the Cougars' 12 games in his debut season...missed the season-opener against Wisconsin...played primarily on special teams...received the team's weekly Cougar Claw Special Teams Award following performance against Idaho...caught one pass for 21 yards against Oregon State...also had one rush for three yards against Arizona...assisted on two tackles.
BLACKLEDGE'S HIGH SCHOOL CAREER
Earned three varsity letters in football under head coach Rod Baker...also earned four varsity letters in track and three varsity letters in basketball...as a FRESHMAN received all-area honorable mention recognition in track and field...during SOPHOMORE year at the state track meet finished fourth in the long jump, fifth in the triple jump and sixth in the 110m high hurdles...all-state honorable mention in basketball...first-team all-city, first-team all-league and all-state honorable mention in football...during JUNIOR year named to the first-team all-league and all-area teams in football...all-state honorable mention...as a SENIOR selected as first-team all-area, all-league, academic all-state, all-state and All-Colorado.
