JUNIOR (2001-02): Indoor - At MPSF Championships (2/23/02, Flagstaff) finished third in 200m with PR and NCAA PQ time of 24.00i, fourth in the 60m hurdles with time of 8.48i and seventh in the long jump at 5.77m/18-11 1/4i…ran anchor leg of 1600m with school record and NCAA PQ 3:37.54i at UW Qualifier (3/2/02, Seattle)…Outdoor - Heptathlon runner-up at NCAA Outdoor Championships with 5,709 points (5/30/02, Baton Rouge)…repeated as Pac-10 heptathlon champion with school record and NCAA AQ 5,821 points (5/12/02, Pullman)…the next weekend scored at Pac-10s with fifth in 100m hurdles, sixth in 200m and third in both relays…improved marks in high jump at conference heptathlon (1.71m/5-7 1/4)…bettered shot put (11.20m/36-9) and javelin (45.76m/150-1) at UC Berkeley Multi Events (3/29/02, Berkeley)…anchored 1600m relay to school record time of 3:37.23 at Texas Relays (4/6/02, Austin).

REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2000-01): Indoor - At MPSF Championships (2/23/01, Flagstaff) won the 400m dash (54.71i) and finished second in 200m dash in 24.24i but ran a PR in prelims of 24.14i…also second in the 60m high hurdles (8.30i)…set the school record in the 400m with a time of 54.14i at the Vandal Indoor (2/16/01, Moscow)…Outdoor - Won the Pac-10 heptathlon, edging out first-day leader and teammate, Whitney Evans…5,578 points was an NCAA Automatic Qualifier, ranked ninth nationally…also placed sixth in the 100m hurdles and ran on both relays (both third) at the Pac-10s…1600m relay clocked school record and NCAA PQ time of 3:37.42 (5/20/01, Berkeley)…at the NCAA Championships, finished fourth with 5,677 points, just one point below her PR and American Junior Record of 5,678…started the second day of competition in 10th place but moved to eighth after long jump and fourth after javelin PR of 43.48m/143-2…won her heat of 800m and held on to fourth…repeated with All-American honors.

SOPHOMORE (1999-2000): Indoor - Recurring hip and back pains brought mis-diagnosis of Fibromyalgia…took red-shirt season with complete rest…Outdoor - Redshirt season.

FRESHMAN (1998-99): Indoor - Captured 55m hurdles title at MPSF Championships in 8.04i (2/20/99, Reno)…finished third in 200m (24.37i), seventh in 55m (7.11i) and 11th in long jump (5.55m/18-2 1/2i)…set freshman school records in 60m (7.82i), and 60m hurdles (8.68i)…Outdoor - Set American Junior record in heptathlon with fourth place of 5,678 points at NCAA Championships (6/5/99, Boise)…hept total is also ninth-best in Pac-10 all-time history…All-America…also tallied second place at Pac-10 Championships with 5,660 points…competed in 13 events at the Pac-10 Championships - heptathlon (2nd), 200m (2nd), 100m hurdles (5th), 4x100m relay (1st), 4x400m relay (4th), javelin (DNP), and long jump (DNP)...both the short and long relays were school records…contributed 23.75 points of WSU's third-place total of 123…ran third leg of winning 400m relay team for school record 44.50 at Pac-10s (5/22/99, Tempe)…relay qualified for NCAAs but did not advance out of prelims (45.35)…school record 13.69 in 100m hurdles at Hayward Relays (4/10/99, Eugene)…freshman school record in javelin with 43.22m/141-9 at Oregon dual (4/3/99, Pullman).

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER. Earned eight varsity letters at Gladstone High...four years as a point guard on coach Ken Alcorn's basketball team and four years as a sprinter and jumper with track coach Joan Kintz...holds record for most state track championships in Oregon with 13…senior year scored four firsts at state meet winning 100m, 200m, long jump, and 100m hurdles as Gladiators were state champions for third straight year...high hurdles best time of 14.3...long jump pr of 18-10 3/4...named first team all-league and team MVP...at the state meet won the 100m hurdles all four years, the long jump and 200m three years each…twice 100m and 200m dash champ…named KATU-TV Athlete of the Year as a junior...participated in coach Roger Hall's Milwaukie Track Club and qualified for nationals 1994-98...set national record of 5,104 points to win heptathlon at 1998 Junior Olympics...mark was fourth-best for prep in 1998...leaped long jump PR of 5.79m/19-0 at JOs after finishing fourth in long jump and seventh in triple jump the previous year…senior year on basketball team won league MVP and second team all-state selection…nominated for Johnny Carpenter Athlete of Year.
