Final Results

PEORIA, Ariz.- WSU took third place in its second tournament of the season, finishing at 866 (+2). The Cougars shot a tournament best of 287 (-1) in today's final round.

Freshman Kristen Rue led WSU with a fifth place finish, her third top-10 finish in her debut season. Rue posted a third round at-par 72 to finish at 211 (-5). Senior Kristen Allard carded a 73 (+1) in the third round, to finish tied for seventh place at 214 (-2). This is Allard's second top-10 finish of the season, and the third of her career.

Sophomore Mallory Kent posted a tournament best three-under 69 to tie for sixteenth place at 219 (+3). This is Kent's fifth top-25 finish, and the third of the season. Junior Emma Betland carded a tournament best 73 (+1) in the third round, finishing tied for 27th at 222 (+6).

Junior Ellen Park posted a 79 (+7), to conclude the tournament at 232 (+16) and tied for 58th.

WSU returns to the links Mar. 5-6 at the Bruin/Wave Invitational in Tarzana, Calif.
