WASHINGTON STATE CAREER

Senior (2022) – Played in one game, logging four minutes in a win over Eastern Washington (Aug. 28) before suffering a season-ending injury in training…tallied second-career shot in the match versus EWU…finished WSU career with eight career appearances and 84 minutes played.

Junior (2021) - Appeared against Eastern Washington and Hawaii in 2021 for a total of 23 minutes played.

Sophomore (2021 Spring) – Saw action in two games…tallied 13 minutes of game play.

Freshman (2019) – Saw action in three games…tallied 44 minutes of game play.  

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB CAREER

A 2019 graduate of Mount Rainier High School … played in the US Soccer Development Academy focusing solely in club play … member of the Crossfire Premier Young helped lead her club to a first place finish in the Northwest Division alongside of Cougar teammate MacKenzie Frimpong-Ellertson … finished with the academy's top record at 22-0-2, outscoring opponents, 95-13, to earn the No. 1 seed in the playoffs … prior to Crossfire joining the academy, the club played in the ECNL where they took home both division and regional club championships while playing all the way to the national finals in 2015 … as a defender, was invited to the US National Training Center.

PERSONAL

Rose Marie Young ... daughter of Julie and Don Young ... has three older siblings, Joey, Casey, and JJ ... great grandmother graduated from Washington State when it was known as Washington State College ...  graduated with a degree in human development and a minor in creative writing.
