SENIOR (2019-20) – Played in 12 games while starting seven before a season-ending injury ended his career…prior to injury was averaging 2.9 points, 2.6 assists, and 3.2 rebounds in 22.8 minutes per game…in his WSU debut scored a season-best nine points against Seattle U (Nov. 7) including hitting the first basket of the 2019-20 season, a three-pointer.

PRIOR TO WSU – Played one season at Texas State where he was one of three players to play and start in all 34 games...led the Sun Belt Conference with a 2.3 assists to turnover ratio and ranked No. 2 in the league with 4.8 assists per game...in 28.4 minutes per game, he averaged 7.9 points and 4.3 rebounds...shot 44.4% from the floor, 31.6% from 3-point range, and 67% at the free throw line...totaled 164 assists, 145 rebounds, 42 steals and eight blocks...scored a season-high 17 points at Arkansas State (Feb. 14), grabbed a season-best 10 rebounds at UTRGV (Dec. 15), handed out nine assists for a season-high vs. Rice (Nov. 28) and recorded four steals in three different games...also registered five or more assists in 16 games...Prior to Texas State, played a season and a half at Cal Poly...in his second season, Shead played in nine of team’s first 10 games with nine starts before leaving the team... Averaged 8.0 points, 5.2 assists and 4.4 rebounds per game in 27.4 minutes per contest... Netted 11 points at Pepperdine (11/11) and Arizona (11/13)... Scored a career-high 20 points on 7-of-15 shooting and grabbed eight rebounds versus UIC (11/25)... Recorded eight rebounds and seven assists versus Elon (11/26)... Dished out seven assists against UTSA (12/1)...in his first season, Shead appeared in 29 of 30 games with nine starts... Finished second on team with 84 assists... Ranked ninth in Big West Conference with a 2.2 assist-to-turnover ratio and 2.9 assists per game... Scored season-high 13 points against Cal State Monterey Bay (11/18)... Netted 11 points against Austin Peay (11/21) and UC Riverside (2/13)... Dished out a career-high seven assists at UTSA (12/22)... Finished with career best 10 rebounds and handed out seven assists versus Cal State Northridge (2/20)... Retrieved nine boards at UC Santa Barbara (3/5).

HIGH SCHOOL – Three-year starter at John B. Connally High School... Named TABC 5A All-Region III first team, District 17-5A MVP and District 17-5A All-Academic First Team as a senior... Averaged 17.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 7.0 assists per game during the 2014-15 season... Selected All-District 17-4A First Team as a junior... Picked as District 17-4A Newcomer of the Year his sophomore year... Helped program to a combined 70-27 record and 30-8 district mark as a starter.
